This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a single award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.303. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03 dated December 30, 2021. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted competition with no set-aside under the NAICS code 532420 with a size standard of $35 million.

This is a performance based acquisition and all requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) , and all associated attachments and exhibits.

Schedule of items is as follows with anticipated award date of 03/30/2022. Actual award date may vary and Period of Performance for each CLIN will be finalized at time of award.
