Wide Area Network Support Service - Increased Support

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is expanding labor hours for Telecommunication Network Engineers as part of the WAN Support Services contract provided by CompTech Computer Technologies Inc. under Task Order Number SP4709-23-F-0053. This expansion is necessary to support DLA's mission in managing Information Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure Services, and Network & Telecommunications Services.

Work Details
The contract will increase labor hours for Telecommunication Network Engineers on three shifts:

- First shift: 0000-0000
- Second shift: 0800-1630
- Third shift: 0000-0000

The services required include:
1. Support and Sustain Solutions: Overall topology management, Layer three design (routing, MPLS, VPN), Operational Information management (node/server addressing), Quality of Service (QoS) implementation, Switchport level access controls, Streaming video IP protocols support, IPv6 assessment and integration plan, DNS/DHCP appliances management, F5 BigIP Proxy/traffic management appliances support, Pulse Secure SSL VPN appliances support, Troubleshooting existing networking infrastructure (Cisco routers and mixed environment switches), Knowledge transfer to government staff.

2. Network Management: Support network monitoring tools and knowledge transfer to government staff.

3. Network Operations Support: On-site support for DLA Information Operations mission 24/7/365 across low and high side environments while adhering to DOD/DLA policies and ITIL practices. The contractor will also assist with Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning and exercises. Additionally, the contractor will manage at least 18 new F5 BigIP Reverse Web Proxies identified within the Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure enclave.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this modification is from July 18, 2025 through March 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at either Columbus, OH or New Cumberland, PA.
