WI-Horicon NWR Base Year Janitorial Serv   2

Background
The Horicon National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), located at W4279 Headquarters Road, Mayville, WI 53050, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services. This contract is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The goal of the contract is to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and ensure a clean, neat, and professional appearance across various locations within the refuge.

Work Details
The contractor will perform janitorial services at the following locations:
1) Main Office/Visitor Center;
2) Maintenance Shop;
3) Refuge Auto Tour outdoor restrooms.

Services include:
- Cleaning of the Main Office on an every other week basis.
- Cleaning of the Visitor Center weekly from April to May and September to October; every other week from November to March and June to August. Bathrooms in the Visitor Center will be cleaned weekly.
- Cleaning of the Maintenance Shop on an every other week basis.
- Cleaning of the Refuge Auto Tour will occur weekly from October to November, every other week from December to April, with management by Refuge staff from May to September.

The contractor must coordinate with government liaisons for scheduling cleaning dates and must submit monthly invoices via the Internet Payment Platform (IPP).

Period of Performance
Base period from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with four option years available depending on funding: Option Year 1 (March 1, 2027 – February 29, 2028), Option Year 2 (March 1, 2028 – February 28, 2029), Option Year 3 (March 1, 2029 – February 28, 2030), Option Year 4 (March 1, 2030 – February 28, 2031).

Place of Performance
Janitorial services will be performed at Horicon National Wildlife Refuge locations including W4279 Headquarters Road, Mayville, WI and N5445 Highway 49, Waupun, WI.
