Background
The Indian Health Services, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a contractor to perform shredding services for the Whiteriver Service Unit. The goal of this contract is to ensure the secure destruction of sensitive documents that are no longer needed, thereby maintaining confidentiality and compliance with federal and state laws.

Work Details
The contractor will provide secured locking shred bins at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital and Cibecue Health Center. The services include:
- Collection of highly sensitive/confidential documents from specified locations on a monthly basis.
- Shredding of documentation including paper, folders, and pamphlets during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
- Provision of lockable containers and consoles in various sizes (95 or 65 gallons) for document collection.
- All shredding must be crosscut to ensure documents are unreadable; strip shredding is unacceptable.
- Certificates of destruction must be provided upon completion of shredding services.
- Maintenance of containers in good working order and cleaning as necessary.
- Compliance with confidentiality requirements as per industry standards.

Period of Performance
Base Year: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027; with four option years extending through May 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
Whiteriver Indian Hospital campus and Cibecue Health Center in Whiteriver, Arizona.
