This requirement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M. Work consists furnishing all plant labor, equipment, appliances, materials and performance of all operations in the construction in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The site of the work is on the airfield pavements at Whiteman AFB. The work consist of providing varieties of work such as concrete pop out repair, spall repair, full depth slab replacement, installation of aircraft anchor and grounding points, joint sealing/resealing, pavement markings and striping and any other airfield pavement processes. This will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. The contract magnitude is between $5 Million and $10 Million.
