The Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (TXVCBHCS) is issuing this solicitation for Wheelchair Transportation Services to support its mission of providing healthcare to veterans. Work Details
The contractor will provide non-emergent wheelchair transportation services as needed, complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key requirements include:
1. Transporting veterans with VA staff and equipment when necessary, ensuring return of staff and equipment to the original pickup location.
2. Transporting miscellaneous items such as luggage (up to 20 pounds), medical records, medications, and comfort items at no additional cost.
