The San Diego VA Heath Care Center (hereafter SDVAHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency wheelchair and hired car transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of wheelchair and hired car transportation services. The contactor shall make these services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
