This update to the solicitation is only to give clarification to a subtask within the PWS. For Subtask 2.3 of WWC-TOAST Task Order 2, offerors should be aware of the current IES evidence page at https://ies.ed.gov/evidencebased/, but should feel free to propose their own technical approach to address the requirements of the PWS. No other changes have been made.
