Wet Lease aircraft   3

The Department of State INL/A is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide a wet lease, including aircraft, complete crew, maintenance, insurance, fuel necessary to fly routes throughout the world. Request mobilization and demobilization costs, if any, priced separately.
The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotic and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) is conducting market research for a wet lease of B-1900 (19 Passenger) or DHC-8 (39 Passenger) or equal type aircraft. (Note: a Jet Type aircraft maybe an option if it is available for longer missions.) Please specify type aircraft in your response. The mission sets would normally be passenger movement, with limited cargo movement. Regions required would be in Northern, Central and Eastern Africa, Barbados or Caribbean islands, Middle East between countries like Afghanistan and UAE. The types of passengers may be VIP, military, Host Nation VIP and Host Nation personnel.
Business Type (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
