Western Army Aviation Training Site (WAATS) DFAC Full Food Services   3

The WAATS will retain full time operational control, and management of the DFAC. The DFAC provides meals for Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) and for Non-SIK personnel. Contractor tasks include the following: cooking hot meals, cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils; bussing tables in dining areas; performing cashier services; handling foods, equipment, and supplies; maintaining quality control; and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service.

AMENDMENT 1

Amended title of solicitation to read "WAATS DFAC Full Food Services".

Revised solicitation to update PWS verbiage identifying language for Full Food Services.

Revised solicitation for inclusion of R-SA verbiage.

Extended the closing date of the solicitation to end on 31 May 2023.

Site visit scheduled for Wednesday May 10, 2023 from 10:00am- 1:00pm. See attachment for physical address and building number.

Questions were answered and consist of two separate attached documents.

Disregard past performance attachments 03 and 04, only for reference if necesary. See solicitation addendum 52.212-1 for instructions.

Revised site visit attachment to include the following instructions:

If you will be attending the site visit, please register by emailing Sabreana Williams at ng.az.azarng.list.az-purchasing-and-contracting@army.mil or sabreana.m.williams.civ@army.mil.

The site visit will begin at 10:00 am with an introduction from the WAATS personnel. After the introduction, everyone will be allowed to walk through and view the facility.

Any questions must be emailed to the Contract Specialist Sabreana Williams listed above, no later than Monday at 05:00 PM Arizona time, 15 May 2023. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this WAATS DFAC Full Food Service solicitation by Friday at 05:00 PM Arizona time on 19 May 2023.
