The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plant, supervision, labor, and equipment (except when specified as Government furnished), to repair, maintain, alter, or construct real property facilities and
structures at West Point, New York and provide related services as specified in strict accordance with all the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in this contract. The SAIDIQ will cover a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new and minor construction work, as well as design-build projects on real property to support United States Military Academy West Point, New York.

Background
The contract is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) Amendment 2 at West Point, New York. The purpose of this amendment is to correct two typographical errors. Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to accomplish a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work. Task orders will include tasks in various trades such as carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and concrete masonry. The work will be performed at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and West Point Reservation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 24-OCT-2023 to 23-OCT-2028.
