DLA Energy has a requirement to store and transport Department of Defense (DoD) leased bulk fuel containers with chassis. These containers/chassis are required to be transported to various locations to be loaded with bulk petroleum lubricant related products and taken to either a discharge location or to a Sea Port of Embarkation (POE) for onward movement. All empty containers will be returned to the storage facility for cleaning, storage and maintenance. The storage capability required for up to 30 containers with chassis. The contractor will perform all annual inspections and associated repairs on the chassis. ISO tank containers are large stainless steel pressure vessels held within a 20-foot ISO frame that are used for the transportation and storage of bulk liquids between locations.

The consideration is the West Coast region to include Oregon, Washington and California. The delivery period for the West Coast Container Transportation/Storage requirement is from Date of Award through July 31, 2030, plus a 30-day carryover period; including four one-year option periods from Date of Award, through July 31, 2030, which includes a 30- day carryover period.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA-Energy) has a requirement to store and transport Department of Defense (DoD) leased bulk fuel containers with chassis.
The agency's mission is to ensure the effective and efficient management of energy resources for the DoD.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate the transportation and storage of bulk petroleum lubricant products, ensuring they are securely handled and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Store and transport DoD-leased bulk fuel containers with chassis to various locations for loading with petroleum lubricant products.
- Transport filled containers to either a discharge location or a Sea Port of Embarkation (POE) for onward movement.
- Return all empty containers to the storage facility for cleaning, maintenance, and storage.
- Provide storage capability for up to 30 containers with chassis.
- Perform annual inspections and associated repairs on the chassis.
- Ensure that all operations comply with applicable regulations, including maintaining security against theft and vandalism at storage locations.
- Clean containers as directed by AMW in accordance with MIL-STD 3004-1C standards.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence from the date of award and extend through July 31, 2030, including four one-year option periods and a 30-day carryover period.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the West Coast region, specifically in Oregon, Washington, and California.
