Background
The West Coast Hopper Maintenance Dredging 2026 project is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District. - Dredging operations to remove sediment from designated areas.
- Placement of dredged material in specified in-water material placement areas while avoiding mounding and uneven distribution.

- Monitoring placement operations through weekly coordination meetings.
- Compliance with labor standards including wage rate requirements and overtime pay regulations as outlined in applicable federal laws.
