Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions anticipates awarding a single “Firm Fixed Priced” type purchase order as a result of this opportunity. The procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Welder/Generator for Riverside Indian School, in Anadarko, OK. The specific product required is the K2857-1, Ranger 225 Welder/Generator, which includes DC Welding, 10,500 Watts AC Generator Power, 23HP Kohler Gasoline Engine, and a 3 Year Parts and Labor Warranty. The delivery is expected within 30 days after award.

Period of Performance
All items delivered by: 30 days after date of contract (ADC).
