Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, This IS an all or none quote; vendor must quote all items to be considered, quality, comparison with other offers, with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with the City of Terre Haute's Industrial Pretreatment Program through regular sewage discharge testing.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide weekly testing of sewage discharge to comply with the City of Terre Haute Industrial Pretreatment Program. The specific services required include:
- Total biochemical oxygen demand: 4 per month
- Total suspended solids: 4 per month
- pH levels: 4 per month
- Oil and grease (non-polar): 1 per month
- Oil and grease (polar): 1 per month
- Phosphorus: 1 per month
- Mercury: 2 per year
- Ammonia: 2 per year
- Arsenic: 2 per year
- Cadmium: 2 per year
- Chromium: 2 per year
- Copper: 2 per year
- Lead: 2 per year
- Molybdenum: 2 per year
- Nickel: 2 per year
- Zinc: 2 per year
- Cyanide: 2 per year
- Total Toxic Organics: 2 per year.

Additionally, the contractor must provide auto samplers for testing and a field technician as needed to complete required tests. All testing will be spaced evenly to fulfill the required frequency at the USP and FCI Lift Stations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana.
