Work will be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single award based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value.
