Background
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), seeks to acquire weekly rental of laboratory coats, scrub sets, towel services, and laundry services for laboratory coats, scrub sets, and towels to assure proper sanitation in the laboratories. The Vendor shall indicate if the minimum characteristics have been met to be considered responsive for this requirement.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, qualified professional and technical personnel, equipment, and facilities necessary to meet the requirement. The specific details include the characteristics of laboratory coats, scrub sets, and towels required such as material composition, length, pockets, closures, cleaning specifics, pick-up and delivery schedule, number of lab coats and scrub sets needed for proposal purposes, sizing for all staff, inspection during laundry services, repairs of lab coats and scrubs, replacements if needed.
The contractor is also required to provide tracking documents upon each pickup and delivery. The work also involves providing full access to their external database for CBER Laundered Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Program Manager.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes FDA White Oak Campus Bldg. 52/72 (Life Science buildings) various floors (ground (G), 1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th). Contractor is required to provide once a week pickups and deliveries for lab coats and scrubs with a turnaround time of 3-4 business days.
