Weekly Gardening Services at Residential Properties in Hungary

The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires weekly gardening services at 3 of its residential properties: Matyas (11,219 SqM), Ora (8,796 SqM), and Bimbo (7,528 SqM). The performance period is 1 year, expected to commence not later than July 1, 2025.

All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:

• have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary,
• be able to understand written and spoken English,
• have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained and qualified employees for gardening/landscaping (vocational high school diploma, adult education certification, or similar),
• have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping and lawn care maintenance with suitable references,
• have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law,
• have liability insurance,
• have no adverse criminal record (workers must obtain official Hungarian Certificate of Good Conduct )
