Description

Background
The Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) has issued a requirement for a Weapons Storage System at Ft. MacArthur. This solicitation, numbered FA281626Q0010, is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. The goal of this contract is to acquire a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to support the LAAFB Weapons Storage System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services required to perform the service at Los Angeles Air Force Base and other specified locations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services and products as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW):

1. **Procurement (CLIN 0001)**:
- Installation Plan: Submit an Installation Plan for approval within ten (10) calendar days after contract award.
- Delivery of Products and Components: Deliver all products and components listed in Appendix A to LAAFB within sixty (60) calendar days after contract award.

2. **Installation and Testing (CLIN 0002)**:
- Install all purchased products and components vital to the successful completion of this project.

3. **Training Requirements (CLIN 0003)**:
- Provide training as specified in the SOW.

4. **Service Agreement (CLIN 0004)**:
- Cover the base year of annual service after system installation.

5. **Option Periods**:
- Service agreements covering subsequent option years will also be included as part of the contract.

Period of Performance
The expected completion for each CLIN from the date of award is 30 days.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number FA281626Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quote . The Government proposes the acquisition of a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract to support the LAAFB Weapons Storage System at Ft. MacArthur. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the service at Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California and any other locations stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This acquisition is 100% set-aside small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 541519 which has a small business size standard of 150 employees. The Product Service Code is 7A21.
