Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the AWARE BioSP & WebEnroll Licenses and Maintenance as part of its Integrated Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) initiative. The goal of this contract is to procure brand name licenses and maintenance services to support NASA's operational requirements at the Marshall Space Flight Center.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following licenses and maintenance services:

1. AWARE BioSP Licenses:
- 2 units of CMR-BIOSP-APPINTG-BASE: Application Integration - Base 8 Core - Maintenance Renewal.
- 2 units of CMR-BIOSP-SUBJMGR-BASE: Subject Manager - Base 8 Core - Maintenance Renewal.
- 2 units of CMR-BIOSP-CORE-BASE: Core Module - Base 8 Core - Maintenance Renewal.
- 2 units of CMR-BIOSP-TRANSMGR-BASE: Transaction Manager - Base 8 Core - Maintenance Renewal.

2. WebEnroll Licenses:
- 100 units of CMT-WE-USC-WSRT: NIST Fingerprint, CardScan, Photo, Signature Workstation - Maintenance New.

3. Test & Development Licenses:
- 3 units each of CLI-BIOSP-CORE-T&D, CLI-BIOSP-APPINTG-T&D, CLI-BIOSP-SUBJMGR-T&D, CLI-BIOSP-TRANSMGR-T&D: Test & Dev Licenses for Core Module, Application Integration, Subject Manager, and Transaction Manager respectively, all as Perpetual Licenses.

4. Maintenance services are required for all licenses with specified start and end dates from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will be from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center located in Stennis Space Center, MS.
