This is a Sources Sought only. It is not a solicitation and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Submissions of quotes will not be acknowledged. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs incurred by the contractor in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this notice is for market research only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339950, Sign Manufacturing is 500 employees. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is 7644, Digital Maps, Charts and Geodetic Products.

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System is seeking a business who can provide all equipment, materials, to include tools and parts, supervision, and support necessary to supply and maintain wayfinding kiosks and supporting software for a base of twelve months and four twelve-month options. Background
The Orlando VA Healthcare System, under the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking to procure wayfinding kiosks and supporting software. The goal of this contract is to replace outdated hardware and renew the Software as a Service (SaaS) for the existing CXApp / Jibestream wayfinding platform, which provides essential navigation assistance to veterans and visitors throughout the facility.

The current system is no longer functional due to expired licenses and end-of-life hardware, necessitating an upgrade to maintain effective wayfinding services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following:
1. Seven (7) Olea Milan freestanding kiosks with 5 years of support, lock down software, and 508 compliance features configured and installed at designated locations within the Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC).
2. CXApp / Jibestream wayfinding software for OVAMC facilities.
3. Digitized custom-developed maps that are user-friendly and include designated VA nomenclature for directions, destinations, routes, directories, public areas, parking lots, and buildings.
4. A Content Management System (CMS) configured for Orlando VAMC that allows easy modifications of maps due to infrastructure changes.
5. A VA Kiosk Application Template that adheres to VA design standards and best practices for wayfinding and ADA compliance.
6. Navigation capabilities providing turn-by-turn directions to various facility landmarks and clinics, with access via QR codes or web applications.
7. On-site training for VA employees on how to use and manage the system effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a base period of twelve months with four additional twelve-month options.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Orlando VA Medical Center located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827.
