Description

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for:
Water Treatment Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Casablanca for one base and four option years. All interested offerors shall review the solicitation and Statement of Work provided in Attachment A and offer services in accordance with the specification provided in this document. (see attachments)

Background
The United States Department of State (DOS) requires water treatment maintenance services at the U.S. Consulate in Casablanca, Morocco. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC and potable water systems, thereby supporting the mission of the Consulate. The Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has a specific requirement for these services to manage logistics, transportation, labor, and necessary chemicals while adhering to various safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive water treatment maintenance services for both HVAC and potable water systems. Key tasks include:

1) Maintaining HVAC Water Treatment Systems and Domestic Potable Water Treatment Systems;
2) Conducting preventive maintenance including logistics, customs, shipping, transportation, labor, chemicals, tools, testing kits/equipment;
3) Implementing physical and chemical methods to control corrosion, scaling, deposits, and microbiological fouling;
4) Complying with NSF/ANSI Standards, AWWA Standards, OSHA Standards among others;
5) Providing quarterly visits for system checks and adjustments based on testing results;
6) Collaborating with Consulate staff for routine testing and adjustments based on analysis;
7) Ensuring all work is documented in reports submitted within five business days after each visit.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a base period of one year with four optional one-year extensions. The expected commencement is in Fiscal Year 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the U.S. Consulate General located in Casablanca, Morocco.
