Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a 100,000-gallon water storage tank.

1. Managing total work effort associated with services required to meet performance objectives and standards, including planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, establishing records, and quality control.
2. Ensuring materials and equipment are not stored at the job site after hours without prior approval.
3. Notifying the representative ten calendar days in advance if any utilities must be discontinued due to scheduled work.
4. Maintaining compliance with OSHA standards for workplace safety.
5. Providing an on-site superintendent employed by the prime contractor during construction activities.
6. Conducting final inspections upon completion of all work to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete it within 90 calendar days.
