THE FORCE PROTECTION (CT) PROGRAM UNDER N3 OPERATIONS IS REQUESTING TO PROCURE ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE (163), 31 IN X 120 IN, ORANGE JERSEY BARRIERS

Background
The Force Protection (CT) program under N3 Operations is requesting to procure one hundred and sixty-three (163), 31 in x 120 in, orange jersey barriers to be delivered to NAWS China Lake. The contract is a firm fixed price, one-time delivery contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver jersey barriers within 120 days after the date of the award of the contract. The specific requirements include providing 163 water/sand traffic barriers made of UV-resistant polyethylene plastic, with dimensions of height: 31 in x length: 120 in x width: 24 in, and colored orange. The shipping/trucking cost should be included in the bid.
The contractor should also provide means to remove/off-load jersey barriers from the truck as there will be no forklift on site for delivery.

Period of Performance
This is a one-time procurement with a period of performance (POP) requiring delivery within 120 days after the award of the contract.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is NAWS China Lake Security Department, 300 E. Inyokern Road, China Lake, CA 93555.
