Background
The U.S. Army Engineer Institute for Water Resources (IWR) is seeking technical and analytical support services to address emerging water resources trends and issues. The contract aims to provide support not readily available within the USACE, aiding in policy development and strategic planning.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct studies on policy effectiveness, develop decision support systems, create water resources data methodologies, facilitate workshops, and perform strategic analyses on water resources needs.

Tasks include developing analytic methods, computer models, training materials, and outreach products. The contractor will also analyze Civil Works programs for efficiency and provide research support for planning studies.
