Water Management

This statement of work includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Water Management Program Operations, Validation Testing, Continuous Water Monitoring, and Web- based Data Management at the Tuscaloosa Veteran Affair Medical Center.

Water Management Program (WMP) Services Annual

• WMP Audit: The contractor shall review the existing WMP to determine if any gaps exist and provide recommendations to revise for a defensible WMP.
• Safety WMP Operations Service: The contractor shall assist the Water Safety Committee in the operation of the approved Safety WMP to include updating, verification, and validation of the WMP.
• Equipment Service: The contractor shall provide monthly on-site service and a continuous cellular data connection for the following Phigenics equipment in accordance with the Specifications.

Validation Testing

The contractor shall provide validation testing in accordance with the Specifications to include the following:

• Legionella
• Total Bacteria (for cooling towers and other systems)
• Sterile Processing Services (SPS)
• Dental
• Other Waterborne Pathogens

Web-based Data Management System

The contractor shall provide a web-based data management in accordance with the Specifications to collect, analyze, and store data. It will store WMP documents, verification activities, corrective actions, and validation test results in addition to data recorded from PWA systems.
