Water Cooler Rental and Bottled Water Delivery Services

Background
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking to procure water cooler rental and bottled water delivery services for two separate government locations. This acquisition aims to promote maximum competition and provide all responsible sources an opportunity to compete, ensuring that the awarded contract represents the best value to the government.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 5-gallon water and water cooler rental services, including:
- Rental of water dispensers
- Delivery of five-gallon bottled water
- Pickup of empty bottles
- Routine maintenance of the water dispensers as required.

**Delivery Locations:**
**Location A:** Transportation Security Administration, Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), Terminal 1 SW Baggage Room and Terminal 2 CT-80 Baggage Room.
- Four (4) Water Cooler Rentals (North Checkpoint, South Checkpoint, North Baggage Room, South Baggage Room)
- Estimated 720 Five-Gallon Bottles.

**Location B:** Transportation Security Administration, Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), 1000 Ted Johnson Parkway, Greensboro, NC 27409.
- Two (2) Water Cooler Rentals (Terminal 1 SW Baggage Room and Terminal 2 CT-80 Baggage Room)
- Estimated 720 Five-Gallon Bottles. Vendors may submit quotes for either or both locations.

Period of Performance
Twelve (12) months from date of award.

Place of Performance
Transportation Security Administration locations at Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) and Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management at the time of quotation submission and remain registered through award. The contractor will not be allowed to store equipment and/or tools in any area of the airport and is responsible for storage and safety of their equipment.
