This procurement is a one-time award of a high priority purchase order. It will be procured against a MAS Schedule 75 Contract, NAICS: 332999 and set-aside for small business. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and delivered within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) to customer located at NSWG 4 SBT-20 2220 SCHOFIELD RD BLDG 119 STE 200 VIRGINIA BEACH VA 23459-8838 VIRGINIA BEACH VA 23459 US Complete and accurate address will be provided on the Purchase Order subsequent to award. FOB Destination Pricing ONLY. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is the requested part number (NSN: 6645-01-698-2611/PN: 010-02357-50) and delivery schedule. Also, vendors must acknowledge, mark orders as shipped, and provide tracking information through OMS Vendor Portal or EDI. Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical Branch and the customer prior to award. Also, quoted items must be on MAS 75 schedule at the time of quote. Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Vendors must submit a Letter of Supply along with their response to the RFQ to verify that they are an authorized seller of the product. Open market quotes will not be evaluated. All quotations shall be submitted electronically via the GSA eBuy system. If the quotation is not submitted through the GSA eBuy system, it will not be considered for award.
