Wash Water Reclaim and Recycle System Maintenance

Background
The NMCPAC CWD DET Lemoore utilizes the Hydro Tek Model # HN20004E2C Wash Water Reclaim and Recycle System (WRRS) for power washing and cleaning Weapons Support equipment. This system employs environmentally friendly micro-organisms to break down oils and grease, preventing contaminants from entering the ground.

The contract aims to provide contractor support for the repair, maintenance, and training of government employees on the existing WRRS in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:
1. Monthly programmed maintenance to ensure the WRRS operates according to manufacturer standards, including inspections and cleaning of various components such as the Bio treatment tank, Solid Separator, pumps, collection sump, and hose reels. Specific tasks include:
a. Inspecting and cleaning the Bio treatment tank by draining and inspecting chambers, cleaning them, inspecting valves, blowers, diffusers, bio media, and adjusting recirculation valves.
b. Cleaning the Solid Separator by draining it, inspecting drain valves and process pump operation.
c. Inspecting wash pumps for flow and pressure settings, checking pressure switches, air pressure in bladder tanks, and recording readings.
d. Inspecting collection sump components for proper operation and cleaning as necessary.
e. Inspecting hoses for wear and seals for leaks while ensuring proper operation of hose reels. The contractor must also arrange for system pump-outs as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 for the base year with options for additional years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NMCPAC CWD DET Lemoore.
