Background
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) is seeking contractors to support the Warrior Athlete Reconditioning Program (WAR-P), which aims to strengthen wounded, ill, or injured service members through adaptive reconditioning and rehabilitation.

The program provides access to specialized equipment, professional coaching, and opportunities for participation in various adaptive sports as part of the recovery process. The contract will involve providing coaching support for athletes participating in events such as the DoD Warrior Games.

Work Details
The contractor will provide coaching support for adaptive sports events, requiring between 1 to 25 coaches per event to support up to 80 athlete participants. Coaches must arrive one day prior to each event and stay until its completion.

Specific tasks include:
1. Ensuring availability of government-furnished equipment for training and competition.
2. Providing guidance and instruction tailored to athletes' training schedules.
3. Attending daily coaches’ meetings with USMC WWR Adaptive Sports Team during scheduled events.
4. Assisting with maintenance of equipment and notifying the COR of any safety concerns.
5. Acting as subject matter experts in adaptive reconditioning and sports throughout planning and execution phases.
6. Complying with all security regulations and safeguarding sensitive information during contract performance.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this single award IDIQ contract is five years, with task orders issued as needed throughout this timeframe.

Place of Performance
The contract work will primarily take place at various military installations across the United States, including but not limited to locations such as San Antonio, TX; Nellis Air Force Base, NV; Beaverton, OR; and Orlando, FL.
