This is the first drop of data and contains information pertaining to Maintenance, Virtual Utilization, DRTS Utilization, CTC Rotations, Obsolescence and Warranties . The data is provided from the ATMP MIS (AWARE) that the incumbent, PL TSO and external users access for information. The initial data is from Ordering Period 4 with a Period of Performance of 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022. An update in early December 2022/ January 2023 will add Technical Data Package information.

PL TSO will add data from Ordering Periods 5 (1 July 2022 30 June 2023) and 6 (1 July 2023 30 June 2024) over the next two years.

Background
The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) has a requirement to procure training-related non-personal services in support of U.S. Army training and the U.S. Army Security Cooperation (SC) mission. The training-related services include individual, crew, unit and collective training support programs in order to prepare soldiers, units and staff/headquarters elements, and key leaders to perform their full training mission.
This document also supports Security Cooperation Programs by building partner capacity and assisting strategic allies in transforming their militaries to operate with U.S. forces with training support managed by PEO STRI.

Work Details
Warfighter-TRS will provide the U.S. Army with training services and operations and maintenance (O&M) of U.S. Army TADSS.
The training support services efforts described in the PWS fall within three categories defined as TADSS Maintenance-Related Services, TADSS-Related Services, and Training-Related Services.

Period of Performance
Effective 10 August 2023, PEO STRI has made the decision to utilize GSA FEDSIM's Assisted Acquisition Services for the Warfighter Training Readiness Support (WTRS) acquisition.
