Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform WIN-T 1&2 instruction as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. The work
shall be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained herein or incorporated by reference.

Background
The contract is for the provision of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 1 & 2 (WIN-T 1&2) instruction for 6 courses at the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Fort Gordon, Georgia. The CCoE provides training for Officers, Warrant Officers, and Enlisted Soldiers in tactical and strategic communications equipment and systems used in the Army today. The contract supports 6 courses for U.S. Army Active Components (AC), U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG), and U.S. Army Reserve Components (RC) with up to 3150 students annually.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform WIN-T 1&2 instruction as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work includes fostering self-development, platform instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining training resources, managing exams, administering exercises, conducting student assessments, and providing resident WIN-T 1&2 instruction for U.S. Army Active Components (AC), U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG), and U.S. Army Reserve Components (RC). The contract also involves providing support to the instruction of Army Signal School technical and planning courses such as Network Communications System Specialist, Network Communications System Supervisor, Network Management Technician Warrant Officer Basic Course, Signal Basic Officer Leaders Course.

Period of Performance
The period of performance consists of a one-year Base Year and two 12-month option years starting from March 1st, 2023 to February 28th, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be primarily performed within Brant Hall, Building 25810; Ft. Gordon, GA with training requirements at other locations on Ft. Gordon as requested by the Government.
