Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this solicitation for warehousing and distribution services at DLA Distribution Hill AFB, Utah. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive logistics support through a hybrid Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes Firm-Fixed-Price, Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour contract line-item types. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing warehousing and distribution operations as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Managing inventory control and storage of materials.
2. Providing scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance as specified in PWS Section 4.4.
3. Handling non-capital equipment costs as detailed in PWS Section 4.2.
4. Supporting material costs associated with warehousing operations, including travel for training and conferences as per PWS Sections 3.3 and 4.6.
5. Conducting special projects/surge sustainment activities as defined in PWS Section 5.19.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-year ordering period starting from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, with potential extensions as allowed by regulations.
