Warehouse Deep Cleaning Service for Rock Island Arsenal, IL

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is seeking a contractor to perform one-time deep cleaning services at two locations in Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet operational standards. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, cleaning supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required for the cleaning services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform warehouse deep cleaning services which include but are not limited to:

1. Comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces within the warehouse including floors, walls, and ceilings.
2. Removal of dust and debris from all areas including hard-to-reach spaces.
3. Use of High Efficiency Purified Air devices for air quality improvement during the cleaning process.
4. Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment regulations during the execution of cleaning tasks.
5. Proper disposal of waste generated during the cleaning process in accordance with environmental regulations.
6. Collection and testing of dust and air samples as per National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) regulations.
7. Adherence to DLA Disposition Services Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001:2004(E) requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set from June 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
