Background
The solicitation is for a C Type Contract to provide park cleaning services for Wappapello Lake, in Missouri. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles required to perform park cleaning services at Wappapello Lake project areas as specified and in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price, C Type Contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to ensure cleaning of all Recreation Area infrastructure at Wappapello Lake, Missouri. This includes cleaning restrooms, shower facilities, grills, fish cleaning station, beaches, trails, campground dump station, litter pickup and removal, picnic sites, campsites, playgrounds and play courts, boat ramps, courtesy docks, sidewalks, parking lots, roadways, fountains, shelters, signs, bulletin boards and trash receptacles. The Contractor's performance will be based on evaluations of the results required by the Service Delivery Summary (SDS) and not the frequency or method of performance. The Contractor shall also conduct second cleanings for special events and holidays.

Period of Performance
The base contract period is from 27-MAR-2023 to 29-FEB-2024 with option periods as follows: Option Year One (1 MAR 2024 to 28 FEB 2025), Option Year Two (1 MAR 2025 to 28 FEB 2026), Option Year Three (1 MAR 2026 to 28 FEB 2027), Option Year Four (1 MAR 2027 to 1 FEB 2028), and a six-month extension (1 MAR 2028 to 26 SEP 2028).

The contract work will be performed at Wappapello Lake Project Office located at 10992 Highway T, Wappapello MO 63966-8200.
