WAPA-Wide Wood Crossarms & Braces IDIQ

Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is issuing a requirement for wood crossarms and related materials as part of their mission to provide reliable and cost-effective electric power.

The goal of this contract is to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will support WAPA's operational needs over a three-year period.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items: Crossarms, Braces, Beams, Bundled Framing Kits, and related materials.

The specific requirement is for a single IDIQ contract with a ceiling amount for these items, which will be ordered on an as-needed basis.

The Economic Price Adjustment clause will allow for unit price adjustments during the ordering period. The total quantity for the IDIQ contract is 1 LS (lump sum).

Period of Performance
Three-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Western Upper Great Plains Region, specifically to Huron, SD.
