Walk-in Aircraft Paint Booth Repair - McConnell AFB

Background
The 22nd Maintenance Group (MXG) at McConnell Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking a combined commodity and service solution to repair and upgrade their Pauli Systems Focus 15 walk-in paint booth located in Building 1124. This system is essential for maintaining the operational readiness of aircraft painting capabilities. Previous repairs have been made, but new issues have arisen that require immediate attention, including temperature fluctuations and malfunctioning doors.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of specific replacement parts and associated installation and repair services for the paint booth. The required items include:
- 36 units of Intake Pre-Filter (Part No: 04F172320)
- 200 units of Neshap 1st Stage Filter (Part No: 03E753090)
- 288 units of Neshap 2nd Stage Filter (Part No: 153-2025)
- 144 units of Neshap 3rd Stage Filter (Part No: AS1420252206)
- 6 units of Ceiling Filter (Part No: A0256045X137)

The contractor must also address the following services:
- Diagnose and resolve temperature fluctuations caused by outside air infiltration.
- Replace ceiling filters and dispose of used filters as hazardous waste in accordance with McConnell AFB guidelines.

All necessary repairs and testing must be completed within specified timeframes, with weekly status updates provided to the agency.
