Background
The WA FWS LPO MULTI(1) Little Pend Oreille NWR Culvert Improvements project is initiated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) with the aim of enhancing the infrastructure at the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge.
