WA FLAP PACIFI 12800(2), 67th Place Public Enhancement to Willapa NWR   4

Background
The Federal Highway Administration, through the Western Federal Lands Highway Division, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the construction project WA FLAP PACIFI 12800(2), which focuses on the enhancement of 67th Place to improve access and facilities at the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge (NWR).

The goal of this contract is to facilitate earthwork and other construction activities that will enhance public access and environmental stewardship in the area.

Work Details
The scope of work includes extensive earthwork tasks such as cut and fill operations, grading, turf establishment, and pavement layering. Specific tasks include:
- Earthwork volumes report detailing cut and fill volumes at various stations.
- Grading operations including:
- Mesh\Grading\Cut
- Mesh\Grading\Foreslope
- Mesh\Grading\Turf Establishment
- Pavement work including:
- Mesh\Pavement\Pavement Layer 1
- Mesh\Pavement\Pavement Layer 4
- Shoulder construction with multiple layers specified.
- Backfill operations under Subex categories. Each task has defined volume metrics and material costs associated with specific stations along the corridor.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge located in Washington State.
