Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the installation of a Shore Power Connection and Roof Security Fence at Camp Humphreys, Korea. The mission of this project is to enhance the security and operational capabilities of the facility by providing necessary electrical connections and physical barriers. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary resources to complete the following tasks:

1) Install a 150A disconnect (STT-5) and a 100A disconnect (STT-6);
2) Provide fiber connectivity for both STT-5 & STT-6;
3) Lift tactical equipment onto the roof of parking garage P2211 using appropriate Load Handling Equipment;
4) Secure the area by installing approximately 165 linear feet of security fencing;
5) Connect equipment to power and network with government technical support.

The work includes updating roof and electrical drawings, submitting shop drawings prior to procurement, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and disposing of waste materials according to local laws. Specific electrical work includes replacing load centers, constructing equipment racks, connecting circuits, and verifying power operations.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete all work within 180 calendar days from that date.

Place of Performance
Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Korea.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must furnish any required performance and payment bonds. Contractors are expected to have relevant licenses for electrical work in accordance with local regulations. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate experience in similar projects involving electrical installations and construction.
