Purpose-Built Attritable System (PBAS) Industry Day Announcement:

Product Manager Soldier Precision Targeting Devices (PdM SPTD) will conduct a two-day PBAS Industry Days conference to include United States and Affiliated companies on 20-21 January 2026.

The Industry Days will be held at the Westin Alexandria Old Town, Alexandria VA. Activities will begin at approximately 8:00 AM EST on 20 and 21 January 2026 and last until approximately 5:00 PM EST and an agenda will be included in an amendment to this solicitation on Sam.gov.

Background
The Purpose-Built Attritable System (PBAS) Industry Days conference is organized by the Product Manager Soldier Precision Targeting Devices (PdM SPTD), under the Program Executive Officer Soldier (PEO Soldier) and Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR) of the Department of the Army.

The conference aims to engage United States and affiliated companies in discussions related to the PBAS, which is critical for advancing military capabilities.

Work Details
The PBAS Industry Days will take place over two days, on January 20-21, 2026, at the Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, VA.

The conference will include presentations and 1:1 meetings with U.S. Government representatives for prime vendors capable of executing production of a DIU Blue List approved Purpose-Built Attritable System.

Attendees must meet Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) access requirements as per 32 CFR 117, NISPOM, and DoDM 5200.48. A questionnaire must be completed by all participants by December 19, 2025, and attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense personnel and contractors.
