Amendment 0005 is issued to re-open the Solicitation, thereby:

replacing the initial Solicitation W912PB22Q3003 with the attached revised Soliciation W912PB22Q3003-0005

replacing the PWS, dated 19 April 2022 with the attached revised PWS, dated 28 June 2022. NOTE: only paragraph 2.4.4.3.1 Special Qualification / Certifications, Experiences has been revised

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Snow and Ice Removal Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach at Ansbach Katterbach Barracks and Airfield, Ansbach Bismarck Kaserne Barracks, Ansbach Barton Barracks, Ansbach Urlas Army Family Housing, Shipton Kaserne Area, Illesheim Storck Barracks Army Family Housing and Illesheim Airfield. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Amendment 0001 was issued to schedule a site visit

Amendment 0002 was issued to answer vendor questions and to replace Attachment III, ELINs Price Schedule by Attachment III, ELINs Price Schedule, 15Mar22

Amendment 0003 was issued to re-open the Solicitation, thereby replacing the initial Solicitation with the amended Solicitation and replacing the PWS.
