Background
The Iowa Army National Guard is issuing this solicitation for the 2/34 IBCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event, which aims to support service members and their families by providing information about available assistance and services.

The Warrior and Family Services Branch (WFSB) serves as a foundation for support to families of Army and Air National Guard members, especially during periods of increased military activity and deployments. This initiative is crucial for ensuring that families are prepared for the stresses of deployment and supported throughout the deployment cycle.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to conduct the Yellow Ribbon event. Specific tasks include:
1. Provide 40 non-smoking sleeping rooms with two beds each for the night of August 14, 2026.
2. Provide a flat, firm-fixed priced room rate inclusive of taxes and fees.
3. Designate an on-site point of contact for troubleshooting audiovisual issues during the event.
4. Ensure meeting rooms are co-located with lodging or within walking distance (not exceeding 0.5 miles). Specific meeting room requirements include:
- Registration Area with tables and chairs for check-in.
- Resource Area with skirted tables for informational resources.
- General Session Room accommodating 450 people with necessary audio-visual equipment.
- Breakout Room for 175 people with audio-visual capabilities.
- Child & Youth Room for activities accommodating up to 15 children.
- Childcare Room for children under 5 years old accommodating up to 9 children.
5. Provide meals including lunch for 450 attendees on August 15, 2026, with specific dietary requirements accommodated.
6. Provide parking passes if free parking is not available at the venue.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is scheduled for two days from August 14 to August 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within a twenty-five (25) mile radius from 3200 Remington Ave, Sioux City, IA.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Small Business participation. Bidders must ensure that all employees possess required licenses for operating equipment used in performance under this contract.
