Background
The Iowa Army National Guard is issuing this contract for the 2/34 IBCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event scheduled for August 14-15, 2026, in Sioux City, IA.

The YRRP aims to inform service members and their families about available assistance and services, ensuring their readiness and resiliency during deployment and separation. The Warrior and Family Services Branch (WFSB) supports families of Army and Air National Guard members, especially during increased military activity and deployments.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to support the Yellow Ribbon event. Key tasks include:
1. Providing 40 non-smoking sleeping rooms with two beds each for the night of August 14, 2026.
2. Offering a flat, firm-fixed priced room rate inclusive of taxes and fees.
3. Providing meeting spaces including:
- A registration area with tables and chairs.
- A resource area with skirted tables for informational resources.
- A general session room for up to 450 attendees equipped with audio-visual equipment.
- Breakout rooms for sessions accommodating up to 175 people each.
- Child & Youth rooms for activities and childcare services.
4. Supplying meals including lunch for 450 attendees on August 15, with specific dietary requirements accommodated.
5. Managing parking passes if free parking is not available at the venue.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of two days from August 14 to August 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of 3200 Remington Ave, Sioux City, IA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- All contractor employees must possess required licenses for operating equipment used in performance of this contract.
- Designation of an on-site point of contact throughout the event duration is required.
