The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 13 MARCH 2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561990 All Other Support Services with a small business size standard of $16,500M. This requirement is Unrestricted.

Background
The 1172ND Yellow Ribbon Mobilization contract is issued by the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) to support service members through a Pre-Mob Yellow Ribbon event. The objective is to provide necessary services, including meals and conference facilities, for the event scheduled on August 23, 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
