This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the 181ST BN HSAD Pre-Mob Lodging and Meals for Chattanooga, TN. The period of performance is 4-7 August 2026. A rooming list will provided. PLEASE FILL IN THE EXCEL with the HOTEL and MEAL Roster for pricing and send it back to me by FRIDAY, 24 July 2026 @ 1:00PM CST.

This requirement is being advertised as Small Business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a size standard of $40M. FAC 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. Background
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) for the 181st Battalion HSAD Pre-Mob Lodging and Meals in Chattanooga, TN.
The objective is to provide annual training support for service members during their pre-deployment mobilization.
The contract aims to secure lodging and meal services for military personnel from August 4 to August 7, 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. **Lodging**:
- Total of 369 hotel rooms required (24 single rooms and 345 double rooms).
- Hotels must be located within 15-30 miles of the Armory at 1801 South Holtzclaw Ave., Chattanooga, TN.
- Check-in on August 4, 2026, and check-out on August 7, 2026.
- Rooms must be inside with no outside entrances; hotels must be rated at least two stars.
