Background
The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under which task orders for General Construction are expected to be issued for projects within the Savannah District Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract will be used for military funded construction, sustainment, restoration & modernization projects for facilities within the Savannah District’s Military AOR.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the design and construction of new administrative buildings, interior administrative and office spaces, including walls, ceiling, lighting, windows, doors, fire alarm, fire suppression, latrines, HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, communications rooms, mechanical rooms, storage closets, sitework, erosion control, permitting, grading, storm drainage, site utilities, and paving. The contract will involve architectural exteriors/interiors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, communication systems and renewable energy. Task orders will be Firm-Fixed Price and may be either for Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build General Construction between $500,000 and $7.5 million. The contract is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The construction projects will be performed within the Savannah District Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes Fort Moore GA.
