Background
The Seattle District is soliciting for the renovation of an existing warehouse used for material disposition for the Department of Defense.

The goal of this contract is to modernize and upgrade the facility located at building 44 in Columbus, OH, ensuring it meets current operational standards and requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Vertical construction of administration office space;
2. Upgrade fire alarm and suppression systems;
3. Upgrade HVAC systems;
4. Electrical upgrades and power distribution;
5. Installation of dock levelers and large rollup doors;
6. Diamond polishing of warehouse concrete slabs;
7. Installation of warehouse racks;
8. Replacement of standing seam roof;
9. Replacement of asphalt and stormwater infrastructure.

The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the notice to proceed (NTP) assumed to be on September 2, 2024, with specific milestones to be achieved thereafter.

The construction projects will be performed at building 44 in Columbus, Ohio.
