Description

The facility will be an approximately 20,000 square foot facility that will provide storage for the Fire Emergency's Services equipment and trailers. The facility includes a minimum of 10 trailer parking stalls, a dedicated foam storage room, a single use ABA compliant restroom, wash bay, and additional utility support spaces.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
  • Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities in remote areas.
  • Demonstrated experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) with respect to delivery of a final Record BIM, Facility, and CAD Data files reflecting as-built conditions.
  • Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities with drilled pier and grade beam supported foundations.
Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is seeking interested business sources for a construction project titled 'Construct Fire Station Bay Storage Area' at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), Montana.

The goal of the contract is to construct a facility that will provide storage for Fire Emergency Services equipment and trailers, enhancing the operational capabilities of the fire services at the base.

Work Details
