Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for A-E services to support their civil works mission, which includes hydrologic and hydraulic engineering/design and related software development.

The goal of this contract is to assist in studies, operation of multi-purpose projects, execution of the flood risk management program, and support for national initiatives as well as international and interagency efforts. This solicitation is now open to all firms, having previously been set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will perform tasks related to hydrologic and hydraulic engineering/design, including but not limited to:
- Development of engineering designs and analyses for various projects.
- Software development related to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
- Support for studies that inform the operation of multi-purpose projects.
- Execution of tasks associated with the flood risk management program.
- Collaboration with USACE on national initiatives and interagency support efforts.

Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications relevant to these tasks.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but is expected to span multiple years depending on task orders issued under the IDC.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed within the jurisdiction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, which may include various locations across the United States.
