Background
The solicitation is for the Installation Management Command Centralized Postage Meter Contract. The resulting contract/task order will have a Phase in period from the date of award until 15 September 2023 with a contract start date of 24 September 2023. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors.

Work Details
The Offeror's quote shall consist of two separate parts (Technical and Price). The technical capability evaluation will assess the Offeror’s ability to perform and satisfy all contractual requirements, including providing a detailed delivery, installation, training plan, pick up, and maintenance plan.
The price evaluation will determine if the proposed price is fair and reasonable. Past performance will be evaluated based on information obtained using internal systems. The evaluation process will proceed with technical acceptability being evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, followed by price evaluation and past performance assessment.

Period of Performance
The Phase in period for the resulting contract/task order will be from the date of award until 15 September 2023, with a contract start date of 24 September 2023.
